The International Talent Wanted employer branding campaign started on October 11, 2019 with a big launch event in the Neues Rathaus Dresden. In October 2019, the campaign will focus the attention of international young professionals on Dresden as an attractive and varied employer location. Fabmatics is one of the campaign ambassadors together with 15 other companies. They stand for active diversity and show what opportunities Dresden and the surrounding area offer for international, academic young talent.

“We are very happy about any well-trained and integrated young talent who would like to stay in Dresden – from both a social and an economic point of view,” explains Anke Wagner, campaign initiator and managing director of Scientists into Business GmbH, intap’s project sponsor.

“Intap is an important element in solving one of our most urgent challenges – recruiting qualified employees to ensure further growth of the business location,” says Silicon Saxony board of management Frank Bösenberg.

In order to make the campaign effective for the media, the advertising campaign images will be present over a period of six weeks on large areas, City Light posters, bus and train posters as well as city pillars in the Dresden and Berlin streets. There will also be spots on DVB passenger television, cafeteria advertising and a social media campaign. An emotional image film also supports the key message of the initiative.

The most important factor for networking between top international talents and the local economy is the intap.network career network. Dresden companies can be found here as part of the intap project and present themselves to international talents.

Fabmatics is a trustful partner of intap and is pleased to take the chances offered by the project and especially the campaign. The international students and scientists are highly qualified at Dresden’s academies and universities and can thus increase the innovative ability of our company. With international specialists, we create more diversity in our company and thus create a network for cultural exchange. We believe we can overcome old ways of thinking in order to be able to solve the ever more complex tasks that the market presents us with even better in our teams.
