Zwei Tage lang kamen Experten und Expertinnen, Branchenf&uuml;hrer und Fachleute zusammen, um ihre Erfahrungen und Perspektiven zu Themen wie K&uuml;nstlicher Intelligenz, Cyber-Resilienz und der Fertigung von 300-mm-Wafern zu teilen.<\/p>\n<h4 data-start=\"1369\" data-end=\"1404\">Die Highlight-Themen im Jahr 2025 waren:<\/h4>\n<ul data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1957\">\n<li data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1517\"><strong data-start=\"1408\" data-end=\"1461\">K&uuml;nstliche Intelligenz in der Halbleiterindustrie<\/strong>, vorgestellt von Applied Materials und Fraunhofer ENAS.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1518\" data-end=\"1602\"><strong data-start=\"1520\" data-end=\"1572\">Cyber-Resilienz und regulatorische Anforderungen<\/strong>, er&ouml;rtert von Fraunhofer IEM.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1603\" data-end=\"1697\"><strong data-start=\"1605\" data-end=\"1669\">Automatisierung und Innovation in der 300-mm-Wafer-Fertigung<\/strong>, pr&auml;sentiert von Siltronic.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1698\" data-end=\"1776\"><strong data-start=\"1700\" data-end=\"1751\">Effiziente Datenverarbeitung f&uuml;r KI &amp; Analytics<\/strong>, beleuchtet von Sunfire.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1777\" data-end=\"1957\"><strong data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1839\">Herausforderungen und Chancen in der Halbleiterindustrie<\/strong>, er&ouml;rtert in einem Expertenpanel mit Vertretern von Applied Materials, Silicon Saxony, X-Fab, Fabmatics USA und AMTC.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ein besonderes Highlight war die Keynote von <strong>Dr. Christian Koitzsch, Gesch&auml;ftsf&uuml;hrer von ESMC<\/strong>, der einen aktuellen Stand zur neuen europ&auml;ischen Chipfabrik pr&auml;sentierte. Diese 300-mm-Wafer-Fabrik, die derzeit in Dresden im Bau ist, wird Technologie-Knoten von 12-28 Nanometern f&uuml;r Anwendungen in der Automobilindustrie, der industriellen Automatisierung und Kommunikationstechnologien produzieren, mit einer j&auml;hrlichen Produktionskapazit&auml;t von fast 500.000 Wafern.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-16156 size-full\" title=\"Inno-2025_collage-eventbrite\" src=\"https:\/\/www.fabmatics.com\/files\/2025\/02\/Inno-2025_collage-eventbrite.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"700\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.fabmatics.com\/files\/2025\/02\/Inno-2025_collage-eventbrite.png 700w, https:\/\/www.fabmatics.com\/files\/2025\/02\/Inno-2025_collage-eventbrite-300x107.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<h3>Fabmatics Breakout Session: &bdquo;Test wafers &ndash; the hidden gems in your fab&ldquo;<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"2506\" data-end=\"2728\">Ein besonderes Highlight des diesj&auml;hrigen Forums war die Einf&uuml;hrung von vier neuen Breakout-Sessions, die es den Teilnehmern erm&ouml;glichten, spezifische Themen eingehender zu behandeln und praktische L&ouml;sungen zu diskutieren.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2730\" data-end=\"3144\">Fabmatics bot in diesem Rahmen die Session &bdquo;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.fabmatics.com\/de\/events\/test-wafers-the-hidden-gems-in-your-fab\/\">Test wafers &ndash; the hidden gems in your fab<\/a>&ldquo; an, in der unsere Kollegen Jan Klinger, Thomas Beeg, Martin D&auml;umler und Karl-Benedikt Reith gemeinsam mit rund 80 Teilnehmern die Herausforderungen und Chancen im Testwafer-Management diskutierten. Besonders spannend war die Live-Simulation, in der umsetzbare Strategien zur Verbesserung der Fab-Effizienz und Automatisierung gezeigt wurden.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3146\" data-end=\"3326\">Die hohe Teilnehmerzahl, das positive Feedback und die vielen Folgefragen und Diskussionen best&auml;tigten den Wert dieses Formats und motivieren uns, es in Zukunft weiter auszubauen.<\/p>\n<div Verleihung des Innovationspreises 2025. Jedes Jahr ehrt das <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.innovation-forum-automation.com\/innovation-forum-automation\/organizer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Automation Network Dresden (AND)<\/a> ein Unternehmen f&uuml;r herausragende Innovationen, Projekte oder Fortschritte im Bereich der industriellen Automatisierung.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3639\" data-end=\"4138\">In diesem Jahr wurde <a title=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.siltronic.com\/en\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Siltronic AG<\/a> ausgezeichnet, insbesondere f&uuml;r die erfolgreiche Automatisierung ihrer neuen 300-mm-Wafer-Fabrik in Singapur. Innerhalb von nur 1,5 Jahren erreichten sie einen Automatisierungsgrad von 80 % und verfolgen die ehrgeizige Vision, bald eine Lights-Out-Fabrik zu betreiben. Die G&auml;steliste umfasste eine vielf&auml;ltige Mischung aus Anbietern von Automatisierungsl&ouml;sungen und Halbleiterherstellern, was das breite Engagement und den gemeinsamen Willen zur Weiterentwicklung von Automatisierungstechnologien unterstrich.
