Your tasks

  • Ensuring the company maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, recommending best employment practices; reviewing polices and practices to maintain company compliance.
  • Assisting with the executing of human resource procedures including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Advises with Human Resource expertise with employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Continuation of learning Human Resources trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable education and or experience
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources
  • Knowledgeable with labor legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Protecting the interests of all employees
  • Team spirit and leadership skills in interdisciplinary teams of experts
  • Full understanding of Human Resource functions and best practices
  • German language is a plus
