These are your tasks:

• Support a project team focused on one of our key customers
• Support of the entire project management process for this team
• Support in the preparation of quotations
• Order creation, deadline monitoring and complete invoicing
• Providing data for project controlling
• Preparation and execution of regular project reporting
• Organizing, accompanying and taking minutes of project meetings

These are your qualifications:

• Completed training as an office management assistant or industrial clerk or BA degree with a focus on business administration or career changer with several years of professional experience in relevant areas or comparable qualifications
• Business acumen and technical understanding
• Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Very good knowledge of the MS 365 world (Office etc.)
• SAP – B1 – knowledge desirable (or similar ERP systems)
• Systematic-structured and trustworthy way of working
• Enjoyment of versatile interdisciplinary activitiest
