Your tasks

  • Support our project teams with complex system integrations for AMHS solutions in the semiconductor industry
  • Work closely with our customers CIM teams as well as our internal software and hardware teams, to enable integration of our automation solutions into the end customer manufacturing systems
  • Help our end customers to develop scenarios and interface definitions to automate currently manually executed material handling and transport processes
  • Interface to customers as well as internal and external suppliers
  • About 50% of time traveling/work at customer sites, mainly in the US

Your profile

  • Graduate engineer or comparable education
  • Very good technical understanding of automation systems and components (electronics, software, mechanics) in the semiconductor industry
  • Knowledge of SEMI standards for automated material handling systems
  • Knowledge of SECS/GEM standard
  • Understanding of material flow and material handling scenarios in semiconductor wafer FABs
  • Several years of experience in semiconductor factory integration, equipment integration MES/MCS systems and their integration with automation systems
  • Experience in supplier and customer management
  • Team spirit and ability to work in interdisciplinary teams of experts
  • Reliability, assertiveness, and decision-making skills
  • Very good communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits
  • English very good in spoken and written
  • German language is a plus
